The Cotharin project in Malibu, CA is a single family residence designed by award winning architect Steve Kent. The custom 12,000 square foot home was built on 27 acres in the Malibu Hills. The project required extensive grading and civil work to create the building pad. The modern style home includes art galleries and the main living space. A.J. Khair worked with the home owner and architect in order to value engineer the project from design through construction.
